WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?Once you have booked your date it is time to think about your Save The Dates. I recommend starting the ordering process of your stationery as soon as possible to allow plenty of time for revisions, production and mailing. Orders are subject to availability. Since COVID resctrictions forced couples to postpone their weddings, dates are limited. That said it is higtly recommended that you start your ordering process as soon as possible to avoid disapointment. Orders can be placed separately for Save The Date, Invitation and Day Paperie. When that is the case, each new order from the same client will start a whole new process and will be subjected to availability. That said, it is recommended that - when possible - orders are placed together.

HOW CAN I ORDER A SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGN?Choose a design from my collection. Read carefully the Customisation Guide. Confirm your order either by A deposit payment is requested to secure your date and initiate production.

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?Yes! It is higtly recommended that you order a sample pack. This pack is complete and includes a little bit of everything, to help you decide which design and embellishments to go for.

WHEN DO I SUBMIT MY WEDDING INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMISATION?Your wedding information and customisation choices will be requested after you have placed your order. You will receive a customisation form on your e-mail that will guide the designing process.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE FOR SEMI-CUSTOM ORDERS?A 50% deposit is requested to secure your date and initiate production. Remaining payment is requested before printing and assembly of your stationery. Payment is accepted by Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit Card.

CAN I ADD MORE ITEMS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?Yes! You can upgrade your order at any time during the designing process and before we start printing your order.

HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?A common mistake is to calculate the number of invitations needed to be the same as the number of guests! The good news is that you only need 1 invitation suite per household. But please, when ordering your Save The Dates / Invitations, remember to include some extras for any eventual necessity. Below is the formula used by me to calculate an ideal amount: Number of Guests x 0.6 = Number of Invitation Suites. 100 Guests x 0.6 = 60 Invitation Suites.

WHEN SHOULD I MAIL MY SAVE THE DATES?Local Wedding & Guests | 6+ Months Destination Wedding / International Guests | 8-12 Months If your wedding is less than 6 months away it is not necessary to send Save The Dates.

CAN I ADD A CUSTOM VENUE ILLUSTRATION TO ANY DESIGN?Yes! You can add a venue illustration in various ways around your whole stationery. You will be able to choose exactly where you want the illustration to be printed. The illustration can be printed on Save The Date, Invitations and Day Paperie.
